Hey, I'm Portia! My closest friends call me Poe.

During the school year, I'm a bilingual occupational therapist for Baltimore City Public Schools working with elementary & middle school aged students with disabilities in both English and Spanish.

During the summer, I share my love for the language of Spanish!

I earned my Bachelor's & Master's degree in Occupational Therapy at Towson University, where I also minored in Spanish. 

I've studied abroad in Salamanca, Spain for a semester and I subsequently lived in Madrid for 2 years to teach English. During my time in Spain I took advantage to continue my studies in native Spanish classes, earning a DELE level B2 in Spanish speaking and totaling over 20 years of training in Spanish.

Now that I am back stateside, my passion is to make learning Spanish more accessible and affordable. The future is multilingual - let's go!
